Christopher Rivas

Originally from Las Cruces, NM, Christopher has been entertaining Chicago and the midwest since 2012.  He is passionate about arts education and diversity outreach.  Christopher was an ALTA nominee as part of Generation LatinX's improv and sketch ensemble and as a writer, his short film Proverbs by John won the Audience Award at the 2018 48 Hour Film Festival in Chicago. Other credits include The Playground's outreach and education team, Recess, the Generation LatinX sketch team Mojados, an original cast member of Batsu! Chicago, and a touring artist and coach/educator with Improv Playhouse.
