The cast of the Orpheum circuit of 1929-ish have been transported to 2024 because of a magical, time-traveling radio. In order to return, they must put on the best show they possibly can. This proves fairly impossible. Their hosts, Theda Barr and Duke Wellington, struggle to keep everything together. Sisters Minnie and Mickie, better known as The Wondertwins, grapple with their lack of fame and disillusionment with the Vaudeville circuit. A real boy, Tiny Teddy, strives to be a real doll. There’s a snake. And man-eating bugs. The show is part-variety show, part-play, and part-musical, with lots of ad-libbing and audience participation.

Orpheum: Vaudeville Extravaganza
Show Program - Cast & Creative Team

Chloe Hodnett
Chloe is the type of person that would give their life for the pursuit of creating a good show. As assistant director, Chloe has not had to do this because the show was already quite good. The Orpheum, a vaudevillian Two Chairs Co. production written and directed by Chloe, closed at the Annoyance Mainstage last week, leaving the audience in a state of stunned disbelief similar to an Ayahuasca experience. Beyond writing and directing, Chloe has also performed as Putnam County Spelling Bee (Olive), She Loves Me (Amalia), Two Chairs' Upsteam (Jizzy U/S), and is the understudy for Shpiona and another special character in this wonderful show. Chloe would like to thank Grant for this oppourtunity to work with such talented actors through his expertly crafted script. Let me know what you think of the show here: @chlobotron3000
