"bio": "Lillian Frances (she/her) began acting, improvising, and directing at Northwestern University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Theater. She ran Laugh Out Loud Theater for 17 years in Schaumburg, and for 5 years had a second location in Chicago. She has performed with improv ensembles at iO and other venues in Chicago, and assistant directed and performed at Boom Chicago in Amsterdam. Directing credits also include a Second City National Touring Company, the all women's improv groups Jane and Sirens, the critically acclaimed sketch groups GayCo and Stir Friday Night, and various ensembles at iO and The Playground. She worked for several years as a lead facilitator for Second City Business Communications where she designed and facilitated training programs for Fortune 500 companies and worked as a Core Faculty Member for the Second City Training Center. She also teaches at Columbia College and makes a lot of miniature pottery – you can follow her on Insta @potterymouthchicago.",

She is a 2018 Second City Bob Curry Fellowship recipient. Julia has performed on several independent improv teams in the New York and Chicago areas as well as being cast on a Harold team at iO. Currently, she is a cast member of The Second City Green Co Touring Company. She is the founder of the 10,000 Hours program that offers opportunities for students to practice their craft without breaking their budget. Career highlights include getting her tongue cut out in Splatter Theatre and filming a commercial where all four of the other actors were cats. Otherwise, she's worked on It's Christmas Goddamnit (director), I Know What You Did Last Splatter (assistant director), so goddamn many improv and sketch shows, and runs Oddball Social Club. If you're thinking about taking one of her classes, she won a lot of high school theater awards, so she knows what she's talking about. Cassidy has appeared in multiple (multiple!) local car commercials. It's weird how lucky she is to get to work with the people she gets to work with.",
