The Annoyance Bar

With it's high ceilings, warm industrial style, and, of course, the bar, this is the perfect place for your next social gathering.

Capacity:

100 people
70 people seated, auditorium style

Amenities:

  • Plenty of seating (bar stools, chairs, sofas)​

  • Small kitchen that can provide a limited menu or be used for your caterer as a holding kitchen.

*THEATER SPACES MAY ONLY BE BOOKED BY THEATER ADMINS.

Studio Spaces:

Our 6 Studio Spaces are available for rent by the hour, and perfect for your rehearsals, small meetings, break-ups… whatever you need that involves around 16 people.

PLEASE NOTE - WE DO NOT ALLOW MUSICAL REHEARSALS BETWEEN

6:30-9PM WHILE OUR CLASSES ARE IN SESSION.

 

*Studio space cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to reservation for a  refund - all refunds will deduct $5 per cancellation for credit card fees.
