Slay! elevates LGBT voices and challenges the community to laugh while they confront the hypocrisies and internalized homophobia that still lurks among us.The show incorporates a fundraising component for The Trevor Project, the leading suicide prevention and crisis intervention nonprofit organization for LGBTQ+ young people. Come out and enjoy the show as a dynamic ensemble of queer actors serve up campy scares and killer laughs in this equally dazzling and spooky spectacle.

Chloe Beth
Chloe is your favorite non-binary lesbian’s favorite non-binary lesbian. They love making people laugh, taking pictures of queer joy, and rewatching the same tv show over and over.

Chris Sylvie
CHRIS SYLVIE is excited to make their debut with the Annoyance Theatre and Bar. He is an actor and model based in Chicago with a BS in Theatre Performance and Directing from Northwestern State University of Louisiana. His previous credits include Sunsets: Two Acts on a Beach (Open Space Arts), King of Shadows (Janus Theatre Company), The Last Day of the Commune (Prop Thtr), Back in the Day (Urban Theatre Company), and As You Like It (Eclectic Full Contact Theatre). Recently, he has been exploring fashion and modeling doing various work in print, runway, and commercial projects. He even had an editorial spread in Gezno Magazine April 2024 Men’s Edition and will appear in Chicago Fashion Week 2025 this October. Ilya Raskin
Ilya Raskin (he/him) is a musician, improviser, and performer who is proud to call Chicago home. He is very excited to join “Slay!” as Music Director! He has been playing piano since he was six years old and doing comedy since he was old enough to talk. In 2024, he completed the Second City Grad Revue program. You can find him music directing around town, including for Baby Wants Candy (@babywantscandy), Shamilton (@shamilton_musical), The Revival (@revivalimprov), Yas, And Comedy (@yasandcomedy) and Daily Special (@dailyspecialcomedy). In his spare time, he loves hanging out with cats, running on the Lakefront Trail, and making homemade cheese.

Madelyn Strasma
Madelyn Strasma is ecstatic to be a part of Slay! Madelyn just graduated from the Theatre School at DePaul University. Some of her recent credits include Alice/GreenPeace/Zooey in The Guy Who Didn’t Like Musicals (self produced at the Athenaeum), U/S Ocean in Ride the Cyclone and Aunt March in Little Women (The Theatre School).

Nora McCaughey
Nora is a comedian, actor and playwright from Chicago (actual Chicago, not the suburbs)! She's performed at the iO Theatre and Edge of the Wood Theatre school, and hopes to add many more companies to that list!

Sarah Johnson
Sarah is a recent Chicago transplant from the Sarasota, FL area where they were most recently seen bopping around the stage with Dingbat Theatre Project in productions like It’s a Bird… It’s a Plane… It’s Superman (Superman), Chicago, and Dingbat’s Peter Pan (John). They’re also into checking out DVDs from the library, birding, and worrying about her old ass cat Cheyenne.

Seth Kobs
Seth Kobs is a Chicago based actor and improvisor. He graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a BFA in Musical Theatre Performance and went on to finish the grad program at Second City. Seth was recently spotted at The Annoyance playing Moonlight in "The Truth About Love: The Musical." When he isn't actively trying to work his tenor saxophone into whatever comedy show he is in, you can find him recording sketch content for social media with Braddie Productions or recording his podcast: Scored For Your Pleasure. Tom Beheler
Tom Beheler is a recent transplant from the D.C. area. Before moving here, he was a company member with Synetic Theater (2015 - 2020) and Free Range Improv (2011 - 2019). He graduated with a B.A. in Theater from the University of Maryland and was a Creative and Performing Arts scholar. He also produced three weekly online comedy shows from 2020-2022. He just produced and performed in Yas, And Comedy’s pilot show “Yas, And!” in June, 2025. Now, you can catch him in various comedy shows around Chicago with improv troupes Bar Fight @barfightimprov , and Last Resort @lastresortcomedy. He’s also a graduate of the Second City Conservatory Program (2024).
