Gums: A Shark Movie Parody Musical

Gums: A Shark Movie Parody Musical is looking for two understudies for the lead roles, Gums and Chomp!


Submission deadline is Sunday April 20 at 5:00pm!


We are looking for a mezzo/soprano for Gums and an alto/mezzo for Chomp. In the script, these characters are referred to with "she/her" but the role is open to any gender. The range for both characters is roughly Ab3-Eb5.


Please perform 8-16 bars of any song that showcases your voice and read the monologue from the show provided below.

Performances will be Saturdays 6:30pm June 28 - August 9 on the Annoyance Mainstage Cabaret.


We will guarantee you one performance!


Unfortunately there is no rehearsal stipend, but you will be paid for your performance date and hopefully a little more if we get big crowds at the show.

Rehearsals will be Saturdays Noon-3pm and Sundays 11:30am-1:30pm beginning April 26.

This show sounds interesting! I'm picturing the auditions – they probably need really professional actors for the roles. On a different note, the games on slot online are usually quite simple, making it easy to get a win!
