Anything But Dragons

Anything But Dragons fuses the best parts of tabletop roleplaying games, improv, and experiential theatre. Each night we create a brand new TTRPG using audience suggestions and the chaos of the dice. We collect 30 suggestions from you, roll two 30-sided dice, and that’s the name of our game. A Game Master and three actors get on their feet and bring the world to life while you, our Fatekeepers, steer the narrative and try to keep the party alive. Real dice! No plan! Anything goes! Anything But Dragons.

Declan Parker Rhodes
Declan Parker Rhodes is excited to be performing with Anything But Dragons! Declan is a dynamic performer and comedian hailing from Ozark, MO. Just like the hit TV show, Ozark has all the drugs but no Jason Bateman. You may have seen Declan in Batsu in Chicago, Steamworks the Musical at Annoyance Theater, Peppa Pig Live the National Tour, or Lights, Camera, Distraction! at Second City. When he's not making people laugh, you can find Declan listening to Remi Wolf, reading with his book club, or tearing up the dance floor! You can follow Declan and all his adventures on Instagram @deccyboi_ or TikTok @deccyboi___

Diego F. Salinas
Diego F. Salinas is the creator of ANYTHING BUT DRAGONS and best known for his work with Dungeons & Dragons The Twenty-Sided Tavern. Diego is excited to bring a whole new type of show to Chicago and continue blazing a path in the world of experiential theatre. Chicago: Drunk Shakespeare (Macbeth, Banquo), La Pinche India (Fernando). Off Broadway: D&DTST (Player, Dungeon Master). Reps: DDO Chicago & Sax Carr, 5 Points Talent | Join my table: ForeverDM.xyz | insta @diego_f_salinas | twitch @SalvadorAlien

When not making things up, they enjoy murder mystery novels, televised cooking competitions, and making time-consuming Italian food.
